SMTC Singapore
SMTC Singapore is a joint collaboration between SMTC Global group (SMTC) and Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA). We are an ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 accredited safety training provider. We are also an OPITO’s approved Training & Assessment Centre. The first course (BOSIET) was delivered on 3rd September 2007.

Course Fee
Full course fee, in bank draft or crossed cheque payable to SMTC, must be paid before a course is due to start.
Course Cancellation
Note that SGD150 of admin fee is charged if a cancellation is received less than 3 working days before a course is due to start.
Certificate/ID Card
A certificate and an ID card are issued to each course participant who passes / completes the course satisfactorily.
Safety & Health Personal Passport
The Safety and Health Personal Passport will be updated and stamped on completion of the course.
Personal Protective Clothing
Course participants must bring their personal protective clothing as specified in the course joining instructions.
Medical
For most of the courses, participants need a high standard of physical fitness and be free from any respiratory disorder and heart disease. Therefore, a valid medical certificate is compulsory.
Language
Courses are offered in English. Participants must read and understand oral instructions in the language of the course and be capable of being understood in it.
Lunch/Refreshment
Complementary lunch/refreshment are provided during course breaks.
